Veterinary Cancer Group Los Angeles is seeking a Client Care Specialist Supervisor.  The ideal candidate will have experience in a veterinary hospital and proven supervisory success.  Located in our Culver City office, this position is an exciting opportunity for an innovative, self-motivated individual.  

The Client Care Specialist (CCS) Supervisor oversees the front office activities to achieve excellence in client and patient care delivered in the daily operations of our organization.  They insure that protocols, procedures and policies are in place, understood by all, and adhered to.  The CCS Supervisor needs experience in integrating new employees into their jobs and will be responsible for training of future team additions.  Additional responsibilities include staff scheduling, employee performance appraisals, and project oversight.
