A well respected, successful and fast growing multi-location veterinary oncology practice is looking for a Practice Manger. This person will report to the Operations Manager and serve on the Management team. Located in Tustin, this is an exciting opportunity for a person with excellent emotional intelligence and project management skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience and expertise in the areas of Patient/Client Interaction, Departmental Team-Building, Benefits, Planning and Staffing, and Project Management.
Because of the company’s aggressive growth strategy this person also needs experience in Integrating New Employees into their jobs and the prevailing corporate culture.
Other projects will include the creation and deployment of Leadership Training, creating Career Paths to Increase Retention, and providing Team Building and Organizational Development activities that support the business goals.
